All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and wellness products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, you have 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery to contact us.

• Your full name

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible.

Order Cancellations

Once a shipping label has been created for your order, it is considered processed and can no longer be canceled or changed.
