Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations - Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order. 

Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item - If you receive either (a) broken item/tea with broken seal (b) incorrect item or (c) missing item , please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If a package is shipped correctly by Organic Kombo and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use.
