Refunds/Cancellations - We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, back orders and or/once received due to the nature of our product. We will return refund or cancellation if it's an error on our part.
Exchange - We do not provide a refund and/or exchange tea(s) for any seminar if the customer is unable to attend the scheduled event unless it is our fault. Our ticket sales allow us to pay for the venue.
Incorrect/Missing item - If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery to organickombo@gmail.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice cannot be provided, we cannot send out the replacement item.
We are unable to replace any missing or incorrect items after the 8th-Day timeframe.
Broken Item - Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. You can file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If you received your package in a priority USPS white envelope or box. In order to begin the claim, you must take 3 photos of the item: Front, Back, and Side of the broken item. Please take a photo with the bubble slightly around the tea and at least one photo of the label on the tea. The picture must be clear and large enough if not, the post office can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
Lost, Stolen,Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses - If the package is shipped out correctly by Organic Kombo LLC and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. Whatever address you have on file, is the address we use. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks. If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier, unfortunately.
